Welcome to Little Calm Studio! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Little Calm Studio. Little Calm Studio operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Little Calm Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS All products sold by Little Calm Studio are digital products delivered via a personal Canva template link. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store. However, please note that colours or design appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device, screen settings, or eventual print output.

We do not warrant that the appearance of any product purchased by you will be identical when printed to how it is depicted in our online store previews.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Little Calm Studio reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Little Calm Studio confirms acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include any applicable taxes.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information for all purchases made in our store. You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorised to use the selected payment method for the purchase, and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY All Little Calm Studio products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase via a unique Canva template link, sent to the email address provided at checkout. No physical item is shipped. It is your responsibility to check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for your delivery email. If you do not receive your link within a reasonable time, contact us at welkom@littlecalmstudio.com.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, designs, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Little Calm Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services and any purchased product for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, modify for resale, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any purchased design or material from the Services beyond your personal use, without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Little Calm Studio.

Little Calm Studio's name, logo, and designs are trademarks of Little Calm Studio. You must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS You may be provided with access to third-party tools (such as Canva) as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, and we shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools. Any use of such tools is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the relevant third party's own terms.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS The Services may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties, including Canva. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content of any third-party site. If you leave the Services to access such sites, you do so at your own risk. Complaints or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the third party.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Little Calm Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Little Calm Studio. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Little Calm Studio, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products.
