Ordering and downloading

How do I get my files?
Right after checkout a download link appears on screen, and we also email it to you. Your download contains a PDF with the link to your editable Canva template.

Will anything be shipped to me?
No. All products are digital. Nothing physical is mailed.

I can't find my download email.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Contact us with your order number and we'll resend it.

Editing in Canva

Do I need Canva Pro?
No. A free Canva account is all you need to edit and download your design.

What can I change?
All the text: names, date, time, location, RSVP details and other wording. You can also adjust fonts and colors in Canva if you like.

Can I edit my design again later?
Yes. Your edited copy is saved in your own Canva account, so you can come back to it any time.

Printing and sharing

Can I print at home?
Yes. Download from Canva as a PDF and print at 100% (actual size) on cardstock. See our guide to the best paper for printing party invitations.

Can I send it digitally?
Yes. Download it from Canva as a JPG or PNG and share it by text, email or WhatsApp.

How many copies can I print?
As many as you need for your own event.

Usage and refunds

Can I sell or share the template?
No. Designs are for personal use for your own event. Please don't resell the design or share the template link.

Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If something isn't working, contact us and we'll help you sort it out.
